Now, when you add a Wireless Interface and our new kumo cloud™ app and web service, you can put enhanced control of your home’s cooling and heating right at your fingertips, no matter where you are.

The kumo cloudTM app and web service works with the Mitsubishi Electric Wi-Fi Interface to enable wireless control of Mitsubishi Electric HVAC systems from a smart phone. kumo cloud works with all new Mitsubishi Electric indoor units and most others. A complete list of compatible units can be found here.

kumo cloud is a cloud service hosted by Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating. The Wi-Fi Interface is developed for kumo cloud and provides remote and local control of the system through the mobile app or web browser. One Wi-Fi Interface is required for each indoor unit. The app works with any wireless router that has a WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) button. Internet access is required for set up.

INSTALL

Kumo Cloud in Hoffman Estates, Elgin, and Barrington, IL – CompassConnect Wi-Fi Interface (PAC-WHS01WF-E) to CN105 on indoor unit. For installation instructions on the Wi-Fi Interface, download Wi-Fi Interface Installation Manual(link is external). A Wi-Fi Interface is required for each indoor unit. The interface is not designed for self installation. Please use a professional installer to complete the installation and to prevent risk of electric shock or personal injury.
