Wonderful experience from first contact on the telephone to end of appointment! My furnace was not working and it was so cold outside. Compass provided a prompt appointment time. Russ called when he was on his way, showed up on time and was very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated him answering all of my questions.
