Solution: We installed a two zone Mitsubishi Electric ductless HVAC system, to create two independent zones of complete comfort all year long, while also reducing energy bills.

Russ was very clear as to what they could do today, what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. We have an older furnace and air conditioner so we were expecting the worst, but we're good to go for at least a while longer. And our somewhat newer water heater is not working correctly so that needs to be replaced. I feel confident that he is right in what he's saying about it.
